Welcome to Ivenore (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Vicks Auto. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at ivenore.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, or memberships offered through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products or memberships.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Site or make purchases.
2. Account Registration
Certain features (including VIP Membership access) require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
4. VIP Membership (Subscription)
The Ivenore VIP Membership is a recurring subscription.
- Membership fee: $29.99 USD
- Billing frequency: Every 30 days
- Your first payment is charged at enrollment. You will be charged $29.99 every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.
Benefits may include:
- Member-only discounts
- Access to exclusive VIP products
- Free or discounted shipping (as stated on the Site)
- Priority customer support
- Early access to selected launches
- Occasional surprise rewards or store credit
Benefits may change and are only available while your membership remains active and paid.
Automatic Renewal
Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize Vicks Auto to charge the payment method on file every 30 days.
How to Cancel
You may cancel at any time by:
- Logging into your account at ivenore.com and managing your subscription, or
- Emailing support@ivenore.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership – [Your Order/Account Number]”
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the current period unless required by law.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Site, submit false information, or resell products without authorization.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VICKS AUTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vicks Auto from any claims arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
