Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery: 4–12 business days within the United States after processing (subject to carrier delays).

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. VIP members may receive free or discounted shipping as stated on the Site.

International Shipping
We currently ship primarily within the United States. International orders may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional customs fees, duties, and longer delivery times.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact support@ivenore.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package is lost or arrives damaged.
