4. Returns & Refunds Policy

Product Returns
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email support@ivenore.com with your order number.

Refunds
Approved product refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

VIP Membership Fees
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel future renewals at any time (see Terms of Service).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
